While out on our tours, we closely follow the principles of Leave No Trace. Because of this, the landscapes we hike in are pristine time and time again.

Whether you're an LNT veteran or a newbie, you'll review and learn about all things LNT as they pertain to recreating in Montana!

Trail Stewardship

Not only do we run amazing trips, but we also act as trail stewards on every hike! We give advice to hikers, pick up trash, and record any acts of abuse of public land and report them to the Forest Service.

We donate to local non-profits that prioritize conservation

We donate to:

- Wild Montana
- Bitterroot Water Councilship
- National Parks Conservation Association

Conservation Minded Tours

Our tours always focus on experiencing the wilderness with as little impact as possible. We never prioritize trips or clients who disrespect the lands.

Every guest on our tours must sign an agreement that they agree to follow LNT or they will be escorted back to the trailhead.
