Camping Locations
We will be camping in the backcountry of the Bitterroot National Forest with tents, sleeping bags, and sleep pads that we carry in our backpacks. Campsites will feature incredible scenery, whether it be wide open views, or a well-protected forested grove. We aim to camp near water, although sometimes other restrictions prevent that.
Sanitation and Health
On backpacking trips, expect to have 0 access to plumbed, running water. We will be “going to the bathroom” in the great outdoors, sometimes in a hole, and will have the proper equipment to take care of human excrement.
Before and after every trip, we sanitize equipment that makes regular body contact with users, such as the backpack and sleeping bag.
Permits, Lisences, and Insurance
Every trip is operated in accordance with Montana Outfitting and Guiding laws with proper licenses, permits, and insurance. Click this link to read more.
