Ch-paa-qn Peak Climb

Meet at the Bluebird Mountain Preserve Trailhead to Carpool to the Trailhead

What to expect: 
- Hosted by Amy Winder of Missoula Outdoors
- Hike along the south ridge of the peak! This hike involves bouldering which means we will be on all fours ascending, then descending, a field of large broken rocks.
- Ascend 2000 feet in 3.5 miles (7 mile round trip).
- Open to the Missoula Outdoors Facebook Group.
- About 5 - 7 hrs.

Backcountry Tea: Morrell Falls in the Lolo National Forest

Meet at the Morrell Falls Trailhead

What to expect: 
- Hosted by Luke Hayduk of Bitterroot Backpacking and Missoula Outdoors.
- Easy-rated hike with 5.5 mi and less than 500 ft elevation gain round trip.
- Hike to Morrell Falls and have tea there!
- About 5 hrs round trip.
- Blodgett Canyon is a must-do hike when visiting Missoula/Bitterroot Valley!

Men's Mental Health Awareness Hike to Canyon Lake in the Bitterroot NF
Sunday August 16th, 2026
Meet at the Canyon Creek Trailhead at 9:30 am

What to expect:
- Hosted by Luke Hayduk
- This hike is for anyone who wants to help raise awareness for Men's mental health, is a Man who wants to improve their mental health, or is a friend/ally of men who want to raise awareness and improve their mental health.
- 10 mi with 2660 ft of elevation gain.
- Will have a fast a slow hiking group.
- Planning to spend at least 1 hr at the lake. Will bring at least 1 packraft.
- Fishermen and fisherwomen are welcome!
